    Missing Chart Data on Friday's

    Hi There,
    I seem to be having a recurring problem with missing data every Friday evening?

    I am using the TPO Chart with Barchart Data. What seems to happen is that when I logoff on a Friday evening (Australian time) the data from the US session (for that Friday night) never appears on my chart, so I get large gaps every Friday. This only happens on a Friday evening which seems odd? Last Friday i actually kept my computer running overnight to see if this resolved the problem however when my computer when to sleep same thing happened.

    I have tried to reload historical data, repair my database etc. but it did not seem to make any difference.

    Any ideas on how I could resolve this problem

    Hello,

    Can you please post a screen shot of what you are seeing so we can see if we get the same thing?

    To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

      Hi Ben,
      Image file attached as requested. I've attached a TPO chart where the Friday night data is not displayed and the 30min bar chart for the same instrument where data did display.

        Hi,

        Can you check in your chart properties if you have 'Exclude weekend' set to False.

        Also, what happens when you try Tools--> Historical Data--> Reload?

          Hi Vincent,
          My 'Exclude Weekend' flag was set to true, so I changed it to false and the data displayed straight away. Fantastic! Thanks very much.

              wouldnt clicking on the chart to save as image be easier?
