    Can't access my account

    Hi, this problem started happening this week.

    I can't access the drop down box in Chart Trader to choose my live account. (i.e. the one next to qty). It's just set at Sim101.

    Any suggestions?

    I've asked my broker (velocity) and their support was useless.

    Hello eric341,

    Can you please make sure your live license is entered at Control Center-->Help-->License Key.

    Connect to your live connection.

    Subsequently uncheck 'Global Simulation Mode' at Control Center-->File.
    You should now be able to select your live account in NinjaTrader.

    Let me know if this will not work for you.

      Hello,

      I cannot access my live account. This is my Live Key:

      It is entered, and I am selecting My Ninja Trader Continuum and for connection and it says my user or password is wrong. Do I have to wait for Dorman to approve me?

        cpavano11 , I removed your key from your post. Do not ever share this key publicly as this allows anyone to use your live key which will results in key cancellation.

        Based on the information you've provided, I would recommend reaching out to your broker to ensure you have the correct login information and that your account is in good standing.

        Please make sure you are following the connection guide below precisely. Common areas for mistakes are ensuring that "NinjaTrader Continuum" is the provider, ensuring that you do not include any spaces before, within, or after the username or password, and ensuring that "demo mode" is NOT checked:
