    Hi,
    I am using latest version 6.5.1000.15
    I upgrade few days ago and all was working fine.
    This morning, after restarting my machine and restarting all the relevant apps I realized that data for emini ES June contract does not reach the DOM.

    The other eminis are working as usual (NQ and YM).
    Before the restart the ES was working as usual.
    I have a subscription for IQ Feed API and I can see that data is arriving for both level 1 and level 2.
    I tried restarting Ninja Trader itself and also try removing the symbol from the default list and adding it back.
    Nothing seem to help, I tried to open a chart and it showed updated data until a hour ago.

    From the picture you can see the NQ wokring and that data is arriving to IQ Feed Level 2 tool, and that ES DOM shows nothing.
    Attached is the chart for ES, I am not sure where did Ninja takes the historical data from, s
    eem like no new historical data is arriving as well, altough I see that data is arriving over the network when I change the tiem frame and period on the chart. Looks like Ninja Is using its local symbol cache in a way, the other contracts show updated data on the charts.

    Please advice

    Problem solved after 4 hours

    Nothing helped, and suddenly Ninja Started pulling data from the feed after 4 hours.

        I am having the same problem. My dom is not working with iq feed. I am however, getting chart data. What did you do to correct the problem?

          Hi geotrader,

          Thank you for your post.

          Can you please clarify if your IQFeed connection is entitled for Level II data, as it is usually a sign when you receive data from IQFeed and the DOM does not work that your account does not have Level II data.

          This would also explain why you receive data in the chart but not the SuperDOM.

              Even though I do not have level II data with IQFeed, the DOM should show bid/ask, should it not? It used to before the last couple of Ninja releases.

                Hello dsherman,

                Unfortunately you will not see any data in the SuperDOM.

                However, you should receive real-time data if you select the instrument in the Control Center-->Orders-tab, which can be used to view Bid and Ask data as well.

                  Hi Jason,

                  Just to add that the Basic Entry and the Chart Trader order entry systems are also good alternatives for users, like me, who do not have level II access from their data provider.

                  Just a thought, hope it helps.

                    What is the reasoning for not having the bid/ask in the DOM? The data is obviously there since it shows up in the Orders Tab and ChartTrader. I don't get it. The DOM even has the option "Show market depth" True/False. If I set it to False, I should be able to see bid/ask from a provider that is not providing level II.

                      Unfortunately you will need to have level II data included in your IQFeed subscription in order to receive any data in the SuperDOM.

                      I will forward your inquiry to display Bid/Ask data in the SuperDOM in such a case to our Development team and ask them if they can add this to the list of future considerations of the software.
