workspace dissapeared

Hi,
I updated to the latest ninja update (6.5.1000.15) after being prompted to do so.
Uusally when i open ninjatrader, all of my charts load up as per my saved workspace, although now when i open ninjatrader, the workspace is empty. No charts.
If i go to workspaces, my preferred workspace is already selected, but none of my charts are showing?

what do i need to do?

Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 6.5--> Trace--> trace.20100324
for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)
Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 6.5--> Log--> log.20100324
for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

lost indicator

FOr the first time ever an indicator will not appear on the chart,simply not there.Tried reloading the indicator,still no indiactor.Secondly,charts will not tile or cascade.

Where do I look for these issues.Totally new.
