NT not showing last traded price in yellow?

    NT not showing last traded price in yellow?

    I have everything marked as it should be and I have no last traded at price? Very disconcerting when trying to enter orders. It should be yellow as selected and I have nothing showing?

    Hi Dan,

    Can you right click in the DOM and select Properties. Then see if the 'Last trade color' is set to Yellow.

    If it is, please send a screenshot of the DOM showing this.

    To take a screenshot, highlight the DOM and click ALT+Prnt Scrn.
    Then open right click and select 'Paste' to paste in the screenshot.

      Vince Print screen is not working. I have just tried 4 times to print screen and it is not working. Trust me I have it selected. I have checked 5 times to ensure that just today. This problem happened as soon as I upgraded to NT6, 5 worked fine for this.

        Dan,

        Have you tried Alt+Prnt Scrn. (together)
        Then compose an email where you need to right click so you can paste in what you copied.

        This should work.

          Ok Vince tried it 3 more times and it will not print screen. I tried alt + print screen, I tried cntrl + print screen, which I always used before, and I also tried print screen alone no luck. Please trust me when I say that highlight is selected for yellow and let's go from there. What is this new feature for last trade color which shows, custom, web ( which is selected ), and system? Could this be part of the problem? FYI I duplicated my exact settings from NT5, and that worked fine, so I don't understand the problem?

                  Vince thanks for calling me. It is happening again. Maybe you guys can check your connection with Velocity and see if there is some gremlin there? It's only the YM, all other markets show last price in yellow.

                    Can you check this in the Orders tab. Bring up the YM there and see if the price is showing correctly.

                      It seems fine Vince. It's just the dang YM, none of the other markets has a problem with last trade price display.
