    Error message:Login failed:Unable to login(20051)

    Hi,
    What's the message tells? Never happens on weekdays but weekends.I'm using demo from Mirus.
    Error message --Login failed : Unable to login (20051)

    Hi Kelvin,

    Thank you for your post.

    This occurs when your PC clock is out of sync. You can sync your PC clock by double clicking on the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop. Once you have done that, click on Internet Time tab and then click Update. Your PC clock should now be updated.

        I have the same problem after resetting the clock.I rebooted the computer but I still get the same message-Unable to login(20051).I use NT 6.5.1000.15 (Live) with Mirus-Zenfire.Thanks.

            Login failed

            Hi Support,

            I have synchronized my clock twice each witha different Internet Time clock, then rebooted my computer, restarted Ninja twice and still the same message (Login Failed : 200051). (Mirus Live/Zen-Fire)

            Again on a Sunday Morning.

            Is there a schedule when you can login to Ninja on weekends?

              There's unfortunately no schedule we could give you, however weekends are oftentimes used to do regular, needed maintanence services - I'm connected here with no issues, can you please retest now?
