6.5 to beta 7

After I installed NT 7b, and tried to open a workspace, the WorkSpace came up, but the charts were missing. Also, the templates were gone. when I made a chart , the time and sales came up, but the bars did not update the es in real time during the day.

Also, some of the indicators I liked were not in 7 but were in 6.5, do I have to reinstall them and will they work?

Overall, I like 7 (based on video) but would like to know how I can get a seamless transsition to nt 7

Hello Gregory Arkadin,

Charts and chart templates are not migrated because NinjaTrader 7’s charting is fundamentally different than prior versions and unfortunately no longer compatible. You templates and charts will need to be recreated within NinjaTrader 7.

The chart may have not been updating due to the Session template you have applied. Please right mouse click within your chart-->Data Series-->Session template-->Select Default 24/5 or Default 24/7-->Click Ok.

Unfortunately 3rd Party indicators are not supported at this time.
