    Unable To Load Chart Data

    There is a significant gap in data on my charts from the close of yesterday up until about 10am this morning. I tried rebooting my computer but the "reload historical data" remains grayed out. My data provider is Zen Fire. This problem seems to crop up every other month or so. What is the problem?

    Hello Chuck,

    Thank you for your post.

    If the "reload historical data" option is greyed out while using the Zenfire connection, this means your computer is having difficulty reaching the NinjaTrader historical data servers. Most likely this is due to a firewall or antivirus blocking the connection. Please try again with these types of programs disabled or with the following addresses excepted.
