Hi, I need to download M.R.Data or even Verify license from a behind a proxy and I need to know what ports to open. I consulted with IT department to allow your three https sites
www.ninjatrader.com
www.ninjatrader-support.com
www.ninjatrader-support2.com

and also to open ports:
64100
65000
56000
45454

and this did not help. Still it is impossible to verify license and dowload MRD.

Please disable any firewalls, also anti-virus or other protection software you may have running and close all other applications you may have running on your PC at this time.

Surely that will not persist, but unfortunatelly I cannot disable them, I have to tell the IT what to do precisely to enable me to connect but they will not turn all security off just for me because it is big company. They will grant me access to anything if I ask them to but they will not turn the security features off. I need something to tell them what to do with firewall. It is not caused by antivirus, that is set only to control opening programs and documents, no internet traffic is watched by antivirus, it is all done by firewall.
