Cannot Connect to new GAIN live account

Guys,

I've been using a NT is practice mode with a practice GAIN data feed and the built in SIM account. I opened a real account at Forex.com two days ago. I can log onto that site with no problems.

when I follow the NT instructions on connecting to a live GAIN account, I receive an alert telling me that my credentials are not valid with a GAIN message..."Do I know you?...etc.".

GAIN is telling me that I need to open a special "Ninja Trader" account. when they called to confirm me for my new account, I told them I was using NT and they said nothing at that time.

I have followed the NT instructions on connecting to a live GAIN USA account. It's pretty easy. Nothing in those instructions on your web site indicates I need a special Forex.com account.

What, if anything, do you suggest?
