Is there a way to allow candlesticks to show values in less than .01 increments?

I am new to NinjaTrader and would greatly appreciate any help here. I have been searching for the answer to this question with no success. I would like to get 4 decimal places in my candlesticks as I trade a lot of penny stocks.

However, in NinjaTrader 7, you can change the Tick size to .0001 in the instrument manager (Tools>Instrument Manager>"stock symbol">Edit)

Unfortunately, with NinjaTrader 6.5, this is not possible.

However, in NinjaTrader 7, you can change the Tick size to .0001 in the instrument manager (Tools>Instrument Manager>"stock symbol">Edit)

when will NT7.0, the finished product be released? and will NT6.5 users be able to upgrade without any complications or losing any data? increasing ticksize to .0001 is most desirable.
