    hangs

for some reason, ninja trader has this little hiccups. What i mean is that when i move my mouse it hangs for about 3 seconds, then it moves again. I am using ninja beta 14. My system is a quad core with 4 gig of ram. I have a 25 Mbps connection. I only have 8 charts up, and the update frequency on all of them is +.7ms with 3 of them on 2 second update..... only indicator i am using is the bid ask study from gomi on 3 charts... all of my charts don't go back more than 3 days....
    Thats it.

    Hi playafh69,

    Thank you for your post.

Fortunately, there are many things you can do to optimize you machine and NinjaTrader to run optimally.

Please see and follow these tips.

i have already done all that, none of the data options are checked, i am not running 3rd party indicators except for the one i mentioned(gomi bid ask), i am not running market analyzer, a dom window, or time and sales window. All update frequency's are above .6 and above 2 seconds on two charts..... Its not my internet, its not my machine, and I don't have any other programs running except for this(no spywayre, anti-virus)... etc
On task manager its showing that NT7 is using 120k of memory, i have 4 gigs....
I want to know if its bc the markets are moving fast today and ninja just can't handle it. If it is then i don't know what else to do.
I used to have investor rt with 10 charts open, all set to real time, and it never had this problem, and i consider that an arcade program.

i wasn't able to reproduce it.. i simply changed the interval from a 5 min chart to a 15 min.. thats it... i have been using that for a while now.. and ninja looks like doesn't have the hiccups now that the markets are closed...
I also removed all of the indicators and added them one by one while watching the task manager.. seeing if any of them are resource hogs... so far everything looks fine.

i removed that indicator... and ill let you know if it happens again. I don't think i can do anything else..... everything is already scaled down to a min... update frequency, indicators... etc

im still getting the same problems.. i completely removed it from all my charts and from the tools options menu. I still get this little mini hiccups pauses when i move my mouse on the chart. It doesn't happen right away, but when my charts are left open for a couple of hours.. it starts to develop
