I just get a blank chart.

I just installed NinjaTrader 6.
I connect to simulating trading, then I try to bring up a chart, but it's always white with nothing on it.

I thought I followed the instructions correctly. Any suggestions?

Welcome at NinjaTrader.

- Which broker feed are you connected to? Or just the Sim Feed?
- Which instrument do you have an your chart?
- Please check the logs. They usually hold an indication of what's going wrong.

The connectivity provider you are connecting to likely does not provide Historical Data. Keep in mind, NinjaTrader is NOT a market data vendor.

Blank Chart on Specific Instument - QM 09/07

I have a wide range of instruments that populate fine. Was able to select QM sept contract in instrument manager, says it is loading data then nothing... I have tried to download from IB where I can display historical data and trade the instrument. Also tried from zen-fire. Any suggestions?

(I think my problem is that I wasn't connected to a service provider)
