New Member and a Question
New member here, so hello to all. I'm about to purchase Ninjatrader, but would like to see if it, or the comming upgrade release has/have any issues with Windows 7, 64 OS. Also, am interested in the McClellan Oscillator. Has anyone here used it, and can it be imported into Ninjatrader?

Hi WildHare,
Thank you for you post and welcome to the forums as well as NinjaTrader!
NinjaTrader 7 is supported for both Windows 7 and 64bit OS. However, some datafeed provider require you to run NT in 32bit mode. Let me know which provider you plan to use, and I can give you details.
As for the McClellan, there is NYSE Advance Decline version available at - http://www.ninjatrader-support2.com/...d=1&linkid=285TimNinjaTrader Customer Service

Just to back up Tim, I run NT7 64bit on a 8 core (i7 cpu), 64 bit, Win7 OS machine. The only draw back to using NT7 64 bit is that Zen-fire only works on regular 32 bit NT7, so you will have to use Nt7 32bit to use the Zen-fire data feed. (There are two version of NT7: 64bit and 32bit.) NT did something cool though, they allow you to quickly change between 32bit and 64bit NT7's b/c they share the same files and are both downloaded when you down load NT7 (i think). So I have both on my machine...
