IQFeed - HG contract issue

Hello,

I have a connection with IQFeed that seems to work very well. However, recently I started charting the Copper futures contract (HG) and it appears that IQ is sending me the July 10 HG contract values skewed by two decimal places. i.e....i am getting values in the $322 range when I see values of $3.22 on the CME groups website for that contract. Knowing what I know about the HG copper contracts.....the $3 ranges seemes more accurate.

Can you help me understand where I might have something setup wrong in Ninja? I checked my Instrument values and it appears that they are set at .0005 for tick and 25000 for point...which appears to be correct.

I noticed the same issue when using NT 7 + Zenfire + Kinetick.
Zenfire HG 03-11 price = 4.5570, Kinetick reports 455.70. It causes problem with realtime charts with Kinetick as backfill.

Any thoughts on this issue?

I have confirmed this on my end as well. I have reported this issue to Kinetick however at this time I do not have an ETA of when this will be resolved.
