Eurex / Zen-fire

I am not receiving any data for my Eurex charts. All my other charts are working fine and I cannot see any reason why I shouldn't be. Everything was working fine when I logged off last night.

I am using NT6.5 with Zen-fire feed.

Is anyone having the same problem?

Ok an update.

I have just started receiving data @ 07:55bst. The market is supposed to open at 07:00bst. I haven't received any of the previous missed data, it has just started to plot from 07:55!.


Any ideas how to fix this?

Hi Tom,

had the same problem with the missing data this morning. This is a repeating problem. Every 2-3 months the Eurex connection from Zenfire is down for 1-2 hours.

Unfortunately, they never update their historical data servers with the missing data.

Ah thats a pain.

I seem to have quite a few problems with Zen-fire and Eurex data. At least 3 or 4 times a month. Bit of a problem when I trade Eurex markets.

I think it may be time for a new data provider.
