missing data since last reinstall

After I reinstall ninjatrader, and load the same chart, it seems missing the data from where I stop using, and when I first loaded the chart after installation.
I tried reload historical, reset, repair database, problem is not yet fixed.

Any other solutions?

ohh, you are right, exactly from around 2:35PM EST for almost 2 hours.

Is it for all data platform or just the ones i used had this problem?

im using forex gain's data, and zen fire data, both missing some data from 2:35Pm EST till 4:12PM.

Is there other data broker have no issue?

GAIN should have data, I just checked and it is displaying data during that time frame.

If I'm correct only Zen-Fire was effected.
