    Unable to connect to Mirus Futures Feed - NT 7

    Hi,

    I'm unable to connect to Mirus Futures Feed - NT 7
    I receive the following error message: "Login Failed. Please check your account connection parameters and your internet connection." Are the servers unavailable because it's Friday?

    Can you please forward your login credentials (username and password) to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. I would like to test those connection details so as to accurately guide you regarding a resolution.

      I am having trouble connecting to Zen-Fire also. Getting the same error message.

        Thank you for your post.

        You will want to contact your broker. I have confirmed with the development that the issue is with the Zen-Fire price servers.

            Not only can I not connect, but neither my live account nor my sim account are showing up on the SuperDom or Chart Trader. Is this related by any chance?

            I'm really hoping it's not something more serious. I was trying to use version 7 but there were just too many problems. I'm hoping that didn't somehow compromise version 6.5, which was working fine, except for the data problem.

            My accounts aren't showing up here at all. This really concerns me. Not sure what's going on.

              Same problem

              I am having this same issue. I just signed up for a new demo account and I cannot log into either NT 6.5 or NT 7. I came home from work and my connection was RED (disconnected) and ever since then I havent been able to log back in. Is this happening to everyone or just a few of us as I am getting the same error message as the rest.

                    Unable to login to AMP

                    I signed up with AMP for the Zenfire demo account. I am using NT 7.15 (beta). NT 7.15 would not even start up, got the splash screen and nothing else. Removed and reinstalled NT 7.15, it now starts up but I'm unable to login. I was thinking of dropping Tradestation for NT, but I'll wait until NT 7 is released. I had no trouble with the 7.14 beta.

                      I'm actually having the same problem right now too. It might be that the servers are down for some reason. I didnt have any problems last night. Anyone know if there are specific hours in which we can be connected?

                        I was able to log in last night and be "connected." Now its down again. Just says "unable to log in." They must be doing something with the servers because this has NEVER happened in the past for this long. Someone please post when they are able to log in so we know if its US or if it s ZEN/MIRUS/AMP.

                            same 20051 error here aswell - i havent been able to log in for about 6 hours..
