    SuperDom Feed

I am using AMP futures for my ES feed. I receive tick data for my charts, but when I bring up a superdom and put in the instrument ES 06-10 it will not update or show and data.

Can anyone point me in the right direction.

    Regards,

    Hi jstockman,

    Thank you for your post.

Can you please reset your instruments. To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Misc tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

Then please close your current SuperDOM and recreate. Please let us know if you are able to get data in the SuperDOM with the steps above.

I did what you asked. The Superdom is still not picking up the ES 06-10 feed. What next?

        Hi jstockman,

If that does not work can you please remove your workspaces and then recreate them. Then please open a new SuperDOM and see if you are able to choose ES and view data.

        To delete your workspaces:
        • Please close NinjaTrader and go to your desktop Start menu
        • Open My Documents
        • Go to the NinjaTrader 6.5 folder
        • Go to the Workspaces folder
        • Right click on all XML documents and select Delete
        • Now restart the application and it should start up normally
