Missing Data & Reload Historical Data grayed out

    Missing Data & Reload Historical Data grayed out

    Hello, I am missing overnight data and the "reload historical data" option is grayed out so I can't use it. I followed the instructions Ryan provided the last time this happened...about a week ago but the data is still missing and I still can't reload the data:

    Tools-Account Connections-remove
    Tools-Options-Repair DB
    Restart Ninja
    Tools-Account Connections-recreate

    I use 6.5 with the Zen Fire datafeed. Can you guys please explain to me why this keeps happening? Is it a zen fire issue or an NT issue? I need to address this problem permanently as it is causing too many interruptions in my trading. PLEASE HELP!

    My sincere apologies for the inconvenience, but we have just discovered a recent down in our historical data server, this issue was addressed immediately and has been resolved.

    Please restart NinjaTrader.

      Tim, I restarted NT and the problem persists. There is still missing data and the software will not allow me to reload historical data. This is getting beyond frustrating. ANOTHER MORNING SHOT!

          Can log in to historical servers on 6.5
          7.0 working fine...... Are both versions using different servers ?
          When is going to be restablished 6.5 ?

            Hi pmaglio,

            Yes, NinjaTrader 7 accessed a different server.

            The issue with 6.5 is currently being diagnosed, I will alert you once the issue is resolved.
