chart problem

hi all,

i have a problem i am using ninja trader 6.5 and i have a esignal data service my charts look funny can any one tell me a solution

i have a problem my chart looks funny see the attached file of 150 and 300 tick

also

my 100,500,1000 range i dont know why my chart looks like this i am using the symbol RENUKA K0-NSF but i dont know

is it that i am using a wrong symbol kindly let me know,

Can you provide me with the settings you are using for this instrument so that I may test on my end?

• Please open the Instrument Manager by clicking Tools > Instrument Manager.
• In the Instrument Manager, select RENFUT from the list on the right, then click Change to open the Instrument Editor.

I will need you to provide me an image the Definition tab with all checked exchanges showing.

To take a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and attach the file to your next reply to this forum thread.



Likewise, I will also need you to tell me what is entered in the Symbol Map section of the Misc tab next to eSignal.

I was not able to receive data for this instrument using the settings you provided.

Interestingly, when attempting to load the symbol in the eSignal platform, I receive notification that this is an invalid symbol.

Can you let me know which instrument you are trying to chart?

If so, please provide me with the symbol that you are using.

In testing on my end, both of the following resulted in an 'invalid symbol' message:

• RENFUT K0-NSE
• RENUKA K0-NSE

Thank you for the clarification.

The NSF instrument is, unfortunately, not supported as this is not an available exchange within NinjaTrader.

Per RENUKA on NSE, I am able to bring this symbol up in the eSignal platform, but not in NinjaTrader when using your settings.

If you open a new DOM and add RENFUT, do you see data streaming in?
