Missing ticks in ES 06-10 on 5/21/10

    Missing ticks in ES 06-10 on 5/21/10

    My ES 06-10 578 tick chart jumps 12 point at 9:46 on 5/21/10. I have reloaded the data, repaired the database, and renamed the database all to no effect. Any suggestions?

    Hello,

    Reset (both) your session times to 12:00AM and reload again.

    If that does not fill it, let me know and I'll see if I can reproduce the issue.

      Hi Ben,
      They were already at 12:00 AM so I set them to 9:30 AM and 4:15 PM, reloaded, no affect, then set back to 12:00 AM on both, reloaded, no affect.

        I cannot reproduce it with Zen-Fire. Who is your data provider?

            Hello,

            And you right-clicked and reloaded again, right?
            I'm not sure what the issue is. Try deleting your historical data and pulling up a new chart:
            Please delete your historical data for this instrument with the instructions provided below:
            • Select the Tools menu
            • Select the "Historical Data" menu item
            • Select "Delete" menu item
            • Delete the applicable data
            Once the data has been deleted open a new chart and let us know if the data backfills correctly.

              Deleted the historical data, opened chart again, same missing ticks.

                Hello LLO9999,

                Unfortunately the missing ticks are as expected. The historical data server was down from 9:44 AM EST to 9:47 AM EST last Friday and did not record data between these times. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
