I was just on and got disconnected and a window came up saying ninja is not responding. It took me 15 minutes to reconnect. I'm now missing data from 4:30-5:00 cst. I've reloaded data and repaired the database. This happened a couple weeks ago also. Somebody got on with me and went through it. I use velocity with TT and Barchart for historical. Connect with TT firstTags: None

Please go to Tools-->Historical Data and remove the data from the past day for the instruments you are trying to view.
Close NinjaTrader and reopen. Then please connect only to BarChart and then create a chart for the instruments whose data you removed.Ryan O.NinjaTrader Customer Service

Regarding these particular issues can you please send an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Please reference this forum post and include your log and trace files.
Trace files will be located by going to My Documents->NinjaTrader 6.5->Trace-> trace.2010xxxx.txt
Log files will be located by going to My Documents->NinjaTrader 6.5->Log->log.2010xxxx.txt
Please also include the license you are using which is found in the Help-->License Key, and what the high of the ES chart shows, and what it should be.Ryan O.NinjaTrader Customer Service
