Same chart data differing indicator images

Hi,

Running Ninja 7 with two charts both are 5 Ticks MedianRenko both have the data series inputs and both have OHLC type candles. The difference/s in use is one is for manual type trading one is stripped down fot auto (fewer indicators) The observation is that the OHLC candles are not exactly the same in terms of reading them as well both have Stochastics indicators which are also reading differently yet sharing the same input criteria (stock inputs). Is anyone else seeing this and or is there a way to get the charts to synch and read the same???

Thank you for the clarification.

When using Heiken Ashi, the session will begin at the moment that the indicator is applied. Due to this, unless both charts had Heiken Ashi applied at exactly the same moment, differences in OHLC values would be expected.

Though I am not using the HeikenAshi, what you say makes some sense to me however that does not or does that explain the differences in the Stochastics values? I will also say that currnetly things are in sync.

Hi Marus,

Please pardon my typo - I intended to write Renko rather than Heiken Ashi.

This would explain the differences in Stochastic values as well - since different OHLC values are being used for the calculations, the results of those calculations will differ as well.
