Missing Zen historical data

I am missing historical Zen-fire historical data an am getting the following message in my log:

Unable to connect to NinjaTrader data server (64.202.118.132/31654): An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

Thank you for your post.

Based on that error message can you please close NinjaTrader and sync your PC clock.
You can sync your PC clock by double clicking on the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop. Once you have done that, click on Internet Time tab and then click Update. Your PC clock should now be updated.



Then please remove, repair and recreate the connection to Zen-Fire.

• Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
• Then go to the Tools menu--> select Options--> select the Misc tab--> click Repair DB
• Restart NinjaTrader
• Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.

me too, no historical data.

no errors what so ever, i understand these are extreme conditions, but thats when it needs to be reliable

Thank you for your post.

I have looked into our data server and it is up and running now, but it did go down for a short period. I apologize for the inconvience and I will refer your suggestions to development as we are always looking for methods to improve our offerings.

If you restart and reopen NinjaTrader you should have access to the historical data server, as it is running once more.
