No live date on charts with TD Ameritrade

Missing live data on charts and seems it is intermittent.I tried to repair DB but no solve.Either reload historical data or restart my pc solve it.
The problem is there throughout the day.

We have had issue of this throughout the day from other users experiencing the same issue when connected to TD Ameritrade. We have contacted TD Ameritrade regarding the issue however we do not have an ETA of when this will be resolved.

Ameritrade Chart problems

I have been having the same problems with TD Ameritrade Strategy Desk Charts. Price sticking and not the same as with live pricing on command center. Called them about this and they act like there are no real complaints about it hanging up. Not so, it seems. Anyone else having problems with this?
