Historical data not loading

    Historical data not loading

    whenever I try to load up historical data in order to us replay data..the charts will just sit there with the loading data message over the charts..what should I do?

    Hi Gregory,

    Thank you for your note.

    Can you please reset the instruments. To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Misc tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

    Then can you please repair the database.

    Please follow the instructions below to repair the NinjaTrader database.
    • Disconnect NinjaTrader from any open connections via File > Disconnect
    • From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
    • Select the "Misc" tab
    • Press the "Repair DB" button
    • Press the "OK" button


    Then please go to File-->Workspaces and close your current workspace and then connect to the data. Then please open the workspace that you closed.
