    Nat Gas Updating

    When I change time series on my nat gas chart say from 5 minutes to 15 minutes and then back again the chart seems to stick. Any particular reason you think that could be? I assume it should just show back to the last trade but often it's 5-6 cents off which is significant for NG. NG is thin in the pre market but it should still be updating.

      For example if I'm looking at the NG chart and it's trading up to 4.875 on a 5 minute chart then I change the time series to 15 to take a bigger look it will show it trading last at 4.795. Also my IB TWS shows the QG (NG Mini) daily high of 4.92 and my market analyzer shows daily high also of 4.92 for some reason my chart shows the high is 4.875 and the last time apparently it traded to 4.92 was 2 days which is wrong. This is a major problem.

        Are you receiving live data?

          Yes I am receiving live data from IB.
          I am trading the August QG contract.
          I am using NT 7.0.0.15

            Please upgrade to the current release of NinjaTrader 7 via the following link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/do...g_software.htm

            Prior to upgrading, please make sure to follow all instructions in the 'Critical Upgrade Instructions' section of the download page.

            After upgrading, please test again and let us know if you see the same behavior.

                  I just updated and when I go to open it it says it has detected a problem and needs to shut down. I will email the trace to support.
