    Sorry to hear of your frustration - I was simply trying to confirm that the reinstall occurred as directed. (which it seems that it did)

    Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTNL Kyle' in the subject line.

    In the message, include the following:
    1.) A link to this forum thread.

    2.) Your phone number and availability for a call where I can login to your system to resolve the issue.

    CONFIRM OR DENY! WTF is this, customer support or an interrogation?

    When trying to open NT I am prompted for a license key.

    Only NinjaTrader 6.5 installed on my computer.

    The ELD file, that I suspect serves like a dll to move data to NinjaTrader from Tradestation, is supposed to be imported into TS from the NT sub-directory. Presumably, if the ELD file will not import to my TS platform, what happens with NT is irrelevant.

    What I was asking you to do was uninstall/reinstall NinjaTrader and TS, then re-configure the connection and re-apply the strategies.

    I never got to that stage. I first tried to import the problem ELD file into TS

    Will this work if I do not delete browser cache and cookies? Seems excessive.

    Please uninstall and reinstall all versions of TS and NinjaTrader that exist on your PC. If the issue persists after reinstalling, please let me know.

    I am having the same problem. I have only TS 8.6 and NT 7 on my system. I previously had the issue with NT 6.5 and uninstalled and reinstalled NT 7.
