    Connection check

    Hello,

    how can I make sure that everything is working properly when connected to my broker (zen-fire)?

    I read that a firewall, anti-vir or anti-spamware can block all or some of the zen-fire traffic?

    Thank you for your post.

    If you're able to connect and load real-time and historical data, you can confirm that the connection is working as it is intended.

      okay and i dont have to fear that "some" data is not loading.. for example not all the tick data etc?!

        Hi ikeaboy,

        No, you should have access to all data if the conditions I mentioned earlier are present.
        Of course, if you notice anything out of the ordinary just send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com and we can follow up with you.
