Blue error screen with reboot instructions for first time occurance. Rebooted fine except for NT connection.
Uninstalled and reinstalled NT twice today. Reset login info. All with support help.
Still unable to connect.
Attempted phone support call went bad as he could see nothing but a black screen when connected to my pc.
Error Message reads: "Login failed: unable to initialize API: Configuration failed; (1) Could not open body file." or
(2) External component has thrown an exception."
eSignal(not connected to NT) working fine. Downloaded a demo forex platform. It's working fine. No other noted glitches with my computer. Several restarts.
Any assist appreciated as this is 24 hrs now and working with support all day until they were gone .
