    Problem connecting to Patsystems with demo account

    Hi,

    I am having trouble connecting to Patsystems on my newly setup demo account. It seems to get stuck at the "Connecting" state. This is my first time to use this demo account. The log shows:
    • 25/08/2007 12:59:58 AM|1|4|Verifying license at primary server...
    • 25/08/2007 1:00:05 AM|2|4|Session Break (Version 6.0.1000.4)

    Thank you for your post.

    In 99% of the cases where you try to connect to Patsystems and the connection just hangs, it means that some of the account information is not entered correctly.

    Most likely either the Host Address or the Price Address is mistyped or there is an extra space between the numbers. Please check this since the software is case sensitive.

    Go to Tools--> Account Connections and highlight your account. Then click Change and update your account information, restart the software and then try to connect again.
