    License expired

    I use a broker license for the direct version as a trade entry platform.
    Yet now the license the broker gave me just to use the platform says its expired yet it says expires 2099?
    Clearly I don't have to buy a license just to use the direct version right?
    Because I don't use the added features just the trading.

      Thanks its fixed they just changed the way the do it they don't give to the broker anymore they give it to individuals I didn't know about this is there a post on here about it?

        We don't have a post about this, but it is something that has changed on our end and everyone should receive a new license after they have filled in the license.

          same problem

          Hi there,

          I have the same problem. I use Mirus Futures as my broker, however, I get this message that my license is expired. What can I do now? I already send a mail to the support, but I guess they will react too late.

              Yet another license problem

              I now have the same problem. Mirus Futures is my broker and when I start my system today I get the message my license is expired. Zenfire is still working so I know it is not a problem on there side. Please correct.

                  hey just got back from holiday and I have the same issue. I m with Mirus, data feed Zen fire. I am able to connect it seems all fine yet i got the license expired message when i click on the NT icon. Any suggestions?

                      license expired

                      Ive made application for the new license to pre date nt7 release and have receieved no answer after 20 hrs...where do I get teh new key?
