    Historical server seems to be not working right now FYI. (6.5)

    Hello eDanny,

    Can you please disconnect/re-connect your connectivity provider and check if you can load historical data fromour server.

    We tested it on our end and the requested historical data was loaded as expected.

      I cannot get historical on either of two machines but i can get NT7 historical ok. This is by trying to disconnect/reconnect, shut down NT, restart NT, shut down machine, restart machine. No method works here.

      Edit: The reason I got no chart on another test machine is because I had it set for an old contract. It works now. Now I need to track down the problem on my regular machine. I guess it wasn't your historical server after all.

        Hello Dan,

        I see. I suggest to check for software such as firewalls and anti-virus software that could be blocking the connection to the historical data server.

          Just an update. Not sure what happened. It appears to have been a combination of problems. Had to remove and replace a custom bar type, rename and start up without my workspace. Then with loading the workspace my charts were missing 99% of indicators. Then when opening indicator code I had been editing when I initially had a problem, it crashed NT. After replacing the .cs with a backup everything seems mostly normal here.
