Displaying Historical Data

I have historical data for TF/ER2 good for at least 3 years but the expiry dates under Instrument Manger goes back only until 2009. How do I display historical data for dates that are not included under the available instrument names? I have tried using TF ##-## but I'm coming up with a blank chart.

Thank you for your post.

The available contract front months listed in the Instrument Manager is based on your PC clock. If you close NinjaTrader and then edit your PC clock so that it is set to a different year it will modify available contract front months in NinjaTrader.

If you let me know which Operating System you are using I can offer more detailed steps on modifying the date of your PC clock.

If you right click on the clock in the bottom right of your monitor you can then select Change Date and Time Settings.

You will want to change the year back to say 2007, and then save the changes.

Once you save those changes you can add the front months from previous years.

When finished you will want to change the year back using the same process.
