missing bars for ZS

missing bars for ZS
Can anyone explain why there are missing bars between 8:06 and 10:38 on the attached chart? I only count 10 bars over this time period, when there should be ~75 bars since its a 2 minute chart. I notice this with other time ranges as well on the chart. Is it because if no trades take place during a 2 minute segment, no bar is created?

Thank you for your post.
Unfortunately your chart did not get attached.
Please answer the following questions so I may further assist:- What version of NinjaTrader do you currently have installed which can be found under Help-->About.
- What data provider are you connecting to within NinjaTrader?
- Are you showing as connected in the lower left hand corner of the Control Center?
- Are you receiving data within the Orders tab of the Control Center?
- Are there any error messages in the Log tab of the Control Center?
- Does this gap show on all time intervals such as a 2 Minute chart?
- When you right mouse click within your chart are you able to Reload historical data or is the option grayed out?
- What expiry month are you attempting to load?

Please upgrade to NinjaTrader 7.0.0.19 at the link I have provided below:
If the issue persists please use the steps I have provided below to delete your historical data:- Disconnect
- Tools
- Historical Data Manager
- Edit tab
- Select ZS-->Right mouse click-->Delete
- Close NinjaTrader
- Documents
- NinjaTrader 7
- Open the db folder
- Open the cache folder
- Select all files-->Right mouse click-->Delete
- Open NinjaTrader
- Connect
- Open a new chart

Please right click in your chart and reload historical data.
If the missing data does not populate, please open the Historical Data Manager (Tools > Historical Data Manager), navigate to the edit tab and let me know whether or not the missing data is listed in this menu.KyleNinjaTrader Customer Service

Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.
In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Your most current trace file.
You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
Today's trace file would be named 'trace.20100806.txt'.KyleNinjaTrader Customer Service
