Range/VOL charts show no data

Hi ALL!

Recently I have re-installed NT6.5 on my blank Windows 7 64bit Ultimate and having little problem. Before OS reinstall I had no problems working on historical data for TF 12-09 with VOLUME2000 chart. I'm connecting to ZenFire Demo data feed.

Today I tried to opened same chart (TF 12-09 or TF 03-10) with VOLUME2000 timeframe, or Range Bars 15 and I've got immediately blank charts with nothing in it (see screenshot).

Any idea what could be wrong? Is problem on my side or ZenFire's? Anyone else having the same issue?

UPDATE: 15 range bar timeframe chart is displayed correctly with data plot for current contract TF 09-10.

Thank you for your post.

The contracts TF 12-09 & TF 03-10 are both expired contracts which is why that charts are blank. You will need to use the current front-month for this TF instrument (TF 09-10). You may need to roll your instruments forward.

2 weeks ago I was able to see vol/range data for TF 12-09 so I'm surprised I'm not able now

Without knowing the specific conditions it is difficult to speculate why this would have been the case. However, if you are unable to access data for the current contract’s front-month then please let me know.
