    NT7 - Microsoft Net 3.5

    Hello,

    I have purchased Ninja few days ago and I have downloaded not NT7. There appears a message that I have to check my Microsoft Network (something with 3.5). Can you please inform how to find out and what to do? Never had to do something with framework.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your post.

    In order to assist with issue please your most recent Log & Trace files to support AT ninjatrader DOT com.

    They can be found in their (My) Documents folder in the following folders:
    1. NinjaTrader 7 > Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt
    2. NinjaTrader 7 > Log > log.YYYYMMDD.txt


    Make sure to attach these text (.txt) files to your response/email.

      Hello,
      thanks for your reply. I don´t have an issue yet. I want to assure that on this computer I have - after the installation of NT7 - the required windows framework setting/version/???.
      How to check this. This will not be documented in the log file(?)

        You can find this info from the NinjaTrader Control Center. Just select Help > About… The .NET version will be listed in the dialog.

        Please let me know if I can answer any additional questions.

          NT7 - microsoft framework

          Hello,

          there is .net/CLR 2.0.50727.3053. I did the download and I executed all - same as on other computer with live-trading - but here it isn´t correct, it seems.

          Can you provide me with the information what to do.

            In order for me to check the diagnostic files, please send the most recent Log & Trace files.

            They can be found in your (My) Documents folder at the folders:

            1. NinjaTrader 7 > Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

            2. NinjaTrader 7 > Log > log.YYYYMMDD.txt

            Include a reference to this thread & make it to my attention. You can email it to support AT ninjatrader DOT com.
