Kinetick subscription

I have inquired about the following question with Kinetick support twice in the last couple of weeks and never received a reply, so maybe it will be answered here.

"Hi Kinetick,
do you offer any prepaid plans such as 3, 6 or 12 months?
Since there is no trial and I would like to compare your feed to esignal, could I download or receive via email a days worth of fdax tick-data?"

Hi Moonriver,

I recall your request and did respond with sample data on your 1st inquiry. The problem was that your email bounced back meaning, somehow we received an incorrect email address from you. This can easily happen with a typo when filling out the support form request. Let's try a different approach, can you send an email to my attention (RAYD) to support [at] kinetick (dot) com? I can then send you a sample tick file for FDAX.

Unfortunately we do not offer any pre-paid plans.
