Zenfire connection problems

    Zen has heen back to normal since 9:40am PDT for me...no more gaps...

      After the last major network issue, we received an email. In the email, the 1st point stated that customers would be made aware of network issues. Based on this thread, I was not the only one to be left out of any notification....

        My connection has been on/off all day. Now I have no active price feed as of 4pm ET. When I reload historical data, the last price and candles update, but no ticks come in. I've not received any notification from Zenfire about this either. I guess if you don't have internet connectivity for your price feeds then it's kinda hard to send out emails to your clients too.

          No connection here either. Last entry in log says "Connecting". And, nothing. Can't disconnect, can't reconnect. It's just stuck.

            That's what happened to me too. And when I closed the software and reopened it I got the same thing.

              Me too. no connection on 6.5 V17 32bit to Zenfire.
              On the other hand I can connect to Zenfire 64Bit at NT 7 B21, But: I have no possibilies to place an order for eurex staff, like FGBL, FESX
              Any hints?

                Same today.
                Order rejected. Zenfire/Mirus/ NT 7B24
                Has anyone the same Problem?

                  I accidentally deleted the post from Braulio, but here's what I replied:


                  Hi, try a reboot, if that doesn't work check your firewall. Disable it and then try to connect. See here for more info about the error:

                  Razorbuzz, can you send a note to support at ninjatrader dot com with your log file for today. You can find this under the windows icon on your left lower corner in the task bar. Then go to (My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20100922.txt. Attach it to the email and refer to this post.

                    Thanks, the reboot did it!

                    But why does it have to be so extreme that I have to reboot?!

                    Restarting Ninja or doing a "File -> Connect" didn't work!

                      I'm not entirely sure since it's an error coming from Zen-Fire. That's why I included the link from their website.
