Historical Data Import Problem

Hello,

I´m trying to load some off-line data like this:

20100809;80.91;81.72;80.73;81.41;581522
20100810;81.38;81.57;79.19;80.24;732487
20100811;80.27;80.41;77.33;77.35;809661
20100812;77.35;77.93;75.51;75.85;927216
20100813;75.65;76.71;75.01;75.57;546897
20100816;75.46;76.3;75.21;75.41;472533
20100817;75.43;76.96;75.41;75.82;465415

I´ve created an instrument called ROPA (data file´s name and master instrument). Type = index, tick size = 0,1 and point value = 1, Exchange = default and symbol map = external = ROPA.

The import process is OK (no log errors). But when I tried to create a new chart, nothing appears. The chart window is white and grid goes from 0 to 1.

I didn´t do any connections.

Hello Danielj,

What interval chart are you viewing? It looks like the data you imported is daily so make sure you have selected that. Let us know if you're on a daily chart and still not seeing this data.

yes, datas I imported are daily.

When I tried to create new chart I select daily interval. So it must be something diffrent? Do you have an idea?

Since this is an index, make sure the file name you import is ^Ropa.
