Missing Data & Reload Historical Data grayed out

I use the Zen Fire data feed. Data is missing from 1:36 on 8/23 until 10:06 this morning. The "reload historical data" is grayed out. HELP!

    Hello,

Thank you for your forum post.

Sounds like you are not connected to the historical data server. Can you please restart your PC and then test again to see if this resolves the issue.

If it does not can you please check the log tab in the control center and let me know if there are any errors listed here.

Also please let me know what firewall software you are running on the PC.

I look forward to assisting you further.

      missing data 08/27 (ZB,6J 1min)

Almost the whole day is missing on 08/27 from ZB 09-10 and 6J 09-10
Any chance to get it back?

          wolfram,

Are you still not able to see the data after reloading your historical data? I am seeing it populated in full on my end here.

                  wolfram,

Thanks for the clarification. It hadn't been asked, so I thought it best to double-check.

I am seeing data (minute) on 8/27 for Z 09-10.
What interval are you charting in?

Can I ask you to delete the Z 09-10 8/27 minutes data through historical data manager (NT7 B20) , restart ninja and see if that day download again?

                      wolfram,

These are my results with a fresh installation. They match your own.

With this, we can confirm that this is simply how the data that exists on our servers is.

                        Hello

You have to delete datas throw Download Manager and then download throw it once again...
