    Need new License

    My Ninja quit working in live mode and only works on Sim. I called Tech Support and they said I need a new license.

    Thank you for your post.

    The first step in assisting you requires that I see your license key so I can check it in our database. Please do the following and email the license key you are using to SUPPORT as NINJATRADER dot COM:

    1. Double click on the NinjaTrader desktop icon to open NinjaTrader
    2. Now that NinjaTrader is open select, “Help > License Key…”
    3. Next copy the license key that appears, paste it in this email and reply back to me with it.

    Once we have the license key we will be able to provide you specific steps on how to proceed.
