    Dead air

    Ive recently switched from 6.5 to 7 and I am having trouble with data freezing on from time to time mostly on higher volume but al low times to. Is there a way for me to send a workspace for testing too see if it is in my workspace somewhere or why its lagging so bad ?

    Thank you for your post.

    Yes, you can send your workspace file that is in the My Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->Workspaces folder, as well as your log and trace files to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com.

    Trace files will be located by going to My Documents->NinjaTrader 6.5->Trace-> trace.2010xxxx.txt
    Log files will be located by going to My Documents->NinjaTrader 6.5->Log->log.2010xxxx.txt
