    Incorrect entry shown on one market

    I have recently added back 6E into my trading mix and I notice the entry is not being shown correctly on my chart, although the stop and target levels are correct.

    If you look at the attached chart image, you can see 2 lots entered at 1.2729. The two target and stop levels are correct. However the entry marker at 1.2708 is incorrect as is the profit shown therein of +17 ticks (the true position is -3 at the time I took the sceenshot). I've checked that I have no outstanding open positions : any idea why this is happening, please ? FDAX, the other maerket I trade, is working perfectly.

    Using 6.5.1000.15.

    jtrade, which broker technology are you using? Can you please send us trace / logs via Help > Mail to Support so we can review them?

            New issue this morning : URGENT

            Berrtand - urgent q, please.

            See attached screenshot : I tried to cancel an order just as I had a very brief internet outage. The order was filled but exited manually, BUT I still have a pending order - which fortunately is not filling - marked :External", but showing on both my Chart and DOM. How do I clear it !? If I start to exit the program, it asks if I really want to exit with one active order.

              Well, I went ahead and closed the program - it's cleared, so fingers crossed all's well (will let you know if not).

                Sorry for the late reply - correct, a fresh restart / reconnect in those cases is a good approach.
