Cant type stop loss

    Cant type stop loss

    Hello,

    I am trying to write a simple strategy in ninja with 15 sl, 15 tp and it doesnt type in the stop loss at all.

    It must be something in front of my eyes but I dont see it.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your forum post.

    Are you in the Strategy Wizard? If so which page and specifically which input is not working?

    Or are you setting up and ATM Strategy in the superDOM or chart trader. In able to setup an ATM Strategy you must first change ATM Strategy<None> to ATM Strategy <Custom> to change these values.

        You would need to edit your MBT Navigator threshhold settings then, a kind of precaution against orders of undesired large qty.

                Hello Stevevai,

                Please follow the instructions below to repair the NinjaTrader database.
                1. Disconnect NinjaTrader from any open connections via File > Disconnect
                2. From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
                3. Select the "Misc" tab
                4. Press the "Repair DB" button
                5. Press the "OK" button

                Let us know if this does not correct the issue.

                    Hello,

                    Is this coming from MBT or the NinjaTrader Sim101 account?

                    If it is the Sim101 account in NinjaTrader please take the following below steps to reset it. If it is your live account please send this message to MBT and ask them why you are getting this error.

                    Resetting a simulation account will clear all historical trade data from this account. Please follow the instructions below to reset a simulation account.
                    From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
                    Select the "Simulator" tab
                    Press the "Reset" button

                          I know that Mb doesnt provide historical data.I have my pc open so can load data.Every other chart loads the data except range chart.

                            Hi,

                            What version are you using, V6.5.1000.18? You can check under Help--> About.

                            In addition, what are you session begins/ends times?

                            Also, can you go to Tools--> Options--> Misc tab--> Quote currencies (FX) in--> Change to 'TenthPip'.

                            Then select the 10 range instead of 100 and that might produce a new candle.
