NT 6.5 Instrument settings for symbol CT

Hi, I'm just going over NT 6.5's instrument list. I see that CT is set to a tick size of 0.001 and a point value of 5,000, while the exchange lists the tick size at 0.01 and the point value of 500. Is this an error in your file or am I missing something?

I'm going to be using TS to generate the orders, TS is set to a tick size of .01 and Point value of 500. If I do send an order through to NT with this conflict of settings will the order be sucessfully placed and filled or will NT's setting somehow alter the order as it go into the exchange?

I guess the best way to ask is are these values just for account performance & PnL reports or will they effect execution?

    Thanks. W2

    Hello,

Thank you for your forum post.

They can effect execution. I would suggest changing this to exchange spec if this is not in spec. This is not a very popular contract therefor it is possible that it is not in spec. Please insure that you are receiving correct quotes for live data in NinjaTrader before submitting any live trades.

Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
