    ESignal connecting problem

    I am receiving the message in attachment to this message when I try to connect to ESignal using NT 7.20 32bits

    I have carefully read all the instruction regarding ESignal in the Connection Help

    Login failed to load c:\Program Files (x86)\NinjaTrader7\bin\ESignal\dbcapi.dll

    Hello Ptolomeo,

    Can you please tell me if you have the eSignal software installed. Make sure you have the eSignal Data Manager available, since it will be used to connect to eSignal.

    The error message you experience is usually resolved by a fresh install of NinjaTrader and the eSignal software, see link below.


    Please uninstall/re-install eSignal and check if you can get connected.

      I resolved the problem yesterday after sending my thread
      I think I was a little too fast on the forum help button
      It was easy. I just rebooted my computer and everything worked fine
      Anyway thank you very much for your fast answer
