Data not loading properly

    I download NT7 and what happened was that it opened with my previous setting. Any way, now is worse because it freezes and is slow sometimes. I'm going to try if the NT 6.5 is working ok, but see if there is something else you can do for me with the NT7 please. This is really unusual.

        And this is another picture, this time with NT 6.5.1000.16
        I install this version from zero, all clean, not previous setting, nothing, the problem still there.

        I checked the TWS to see if everything was set up correctly to connect it with NT and is all right. My computer is running very fast, using windows xp and no other applications is having any problems. The internet is a high speed broadband, working good too.
        Also am running TWS chart and no problem.

          Good morning Kyle.
          Today I open the NT7 platform and what i'm seeing is that the data is uploaded correctly from previous days (see picture), but until 00 hrs, from that time I have the same gap as yesterday
          and if I reloaded the historical data, it starts all over again. Is not slow as it was last night, but this problems happens in other instruments as well.

            Can you please tell me if you are connecting to a Live IB account or a Demo IB account.

                    Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.

                    In the message, please include the following:

                    1.) A link to this forum thread.

                    2.) Your most current trace file.
                    You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
                    Today's trace file would be named 'trace.20100907.txt

                    3.) The workspace you're using.
                    You will find the workspace in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Workspaces folder.
