Broker: Gain

Hi, I was just on the NT website and wanted to least NT. I did not see Gain (forex.com) as one of the brokers. I have a NT Gain account so I now this exists. Where do I find it? Thanks.

I've filled out this form:

as a "new user" twice and no one has ever emailed me. The last email I sent was yesterday. I've checked my spam folder and there is nothing in there. What do I need to do to get a live license key to trade forex through Gain. As stated above, I have a funded NinjaTrader Gain account already.
